Wakefield Charities’ Homes are a collection of 30 almshouses located close to Wakefield City Centre. We are looking to appoint an individual to take responsibility for providing a 5 day service supervising the properties.
You will:
• Be confident building appropriate professional relationships
• Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills
• Be exceptionally organised
• Have a flexible yet pragmatic approach to dealing with matters
The successful candidate should ideally have similar experience in a property management type role and hold a current and clean driving licence.
The post is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09.00 am – 5.00 pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break. There is also a requirement to be reasonably available during the weekends in case of emergency. Accommodation is attached to the post.
