We are seeking to recruit an experienced Support Service Manager (Welfare) for our Merton Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the frontline support services and will also deliver and develop high quality information, advice and guidance services and resources for our learners, with responsibility for developing and building relationships with external organisations and leading on welfare provision. The postholder will coordinate enrolment activities throughout the year. They will also join the team of safeguarding officers and safeguard and promote the welfare of children and vulnerable adults. 

The successful candidate will have experience of working in an educational setting, managing a team in a client centred service and will hold a recognised qualification in an Advice and Guidance related area.
