St Ignatius School is seeking a Support Teacher Inclusive Education (STIE) to support the engagement, learning progress and achievement of students in our school. The position is for three days per week with the hope to increase to four days if anticipated enrolment and associated staffing allocations allow at the beginning of 2020. To be successful in this role you will be able to meet the following criteria: appropriate qualifications and experience; effective communication skills; an ability to work in partnership with colleagues, students and parents/carers; be skilled in the ability to differentiate classroom teaching to meet the needs of all students; an understanding of and skills to effectively support teachers to meet the expectations of the National Consistent Collection of Data.

- hold current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers; and
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
