The Teacher Education department are looking for a motivated and committed teacher to join our team, teaching and coordinating courses for Teaching Assistants.  

The successful candidate will be required to coordinate , deliver and assess across Level 2 and Level 3 Supporting teaching and Learning courses ( Teaching assistants) aimed at learners 19+.

Experience within the education sector industry is essential,  either as a Teaching Assistant or Teacher.  The ideal candidate will hold a professional teaching qualification and appropriate assessor qualifications.  However, training and support will be given to the successful candidate if they are not fully teacher qualified. This role will suit an experienced and excellent industry practitioner who wishes to use their skills and knowledge to teach others.

Applicants should have a qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in schools at level 3 and ideally be qualified to degree level

The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and knowledge of the different education sectors; primary, secondary and post compulsory and the following qualifications; Level 3 qualification in Supporting teaching and learning in Schools or equivalent, a Teaching qualification, experience working as a Teaching Assistant within the education sector and knowledge of different sectors of education.
