We are looking to recruit a full time Systems Data and Office Manager:
To be responsible for:
1. Maintaining the school database.
2. Managing the school administration.
3. Providing cover for the reception and all reception duties.
The successful candidate will be friendly, professional, enthusiastic, and able to work independently. You will need to be highly organised to cope with the demands of a busy office environment where attention to detail, integrity and confidentiality are paramount.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, competent IT skills and be comfortable working with colleagues across the school.
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm term time, 9am-4pm in school holidays. £26,250 per annum. Immediate start.
