We are a national network of 63 primary, special and secondary academies. We are passionately committed to inspiring children and young people.

We are delighted to offer a temporary 7 month opportunity for a Talent Resourcing Administrator to provide a professional and bespoke recruitment administration service to a high volume of recruitment campaigns.

Working in a fast paced and demanding environment you will be responsible for processing all recruitment-related administration within agreed timescales; as well as providing advice and guidance on best recruitment practice.

We are seeking a strong administrator who is confident and used to delivering service against metrics on a ‘right first time’ basis.

Therefore, in addition to prior experience in a recruitment administrative role you must have:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a varied workload with multiple campaigns ongoing at any one time
  • A versatile problem solving approach and constant changing demands
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across a variety of platforms

Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is desirable but not essential as full training can be given.

As the sponsor, AET believes that all young people deserve to become world-class learners – to learn, enjoy, succeed and thrive in a first rate educational environment with the best facilities, the best teaching and the most up-to-date resources available to them.  In each of our academies, you will benefit from visionary, inspirational and dynamic leadership and be empowered to develop your own skills with access to world-class CPD and Talent Management programmes.  You will also be entitled to the following benefits: a health cash plan, vehicle affinity scheme, childcare vouchers and Westfield rewards.

This position is required as soon as possible and is fixed term until 31 August 2018.

Interviews are available immediately so we would welcome early applications as applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.
