The part time position of Teacher Aide - ITD supports the running operations of the Industrial Technology workshop, providing a valuable service to ITD & Graphics staff and students throughout the organisation along with oversight and maintenance of the ITD workshop. To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate: · Ability to work with a level of autonomy within a team environment. · Good organisational and communication skills · Knowledge and experience of workshop practices and/or practical skills · Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety Guidelines · Ability to use computers and technical equipment - not essential but advantageous · Ability to meet deadlines · Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills

Total Paid Hours (per wk) & Days Required:   10 hours per week

Salary Level, Range or Hourly Rate:   School Officer Level 2

Employment Conditions:   Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement 2015-2019


This position involves working with children.  The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with the law.
