Hayes Primary School has achieved outcomes that have been significantly above national for the last five years. We have also received the Inclusion Quality Mark, NAACE computing mark and Music Mark. This academic year the London Mayor also recognised the exceptional work of the school.
In our last staff survey 100% of staff said that they were proud of their school. All staff reported that the leaders do all they can to improve teaching and that the school is well led and managed. Our six core values (Respect, Resilience, Responsibility, Excellence, Compassion and Community) underpin the work of our friendly staff and our well planned, bespoke curriculum.
We have run our own in-house NQT programme for the last six years and provide middle leaders with opportunities to develop their skills across the trust and through National College courses. We also have strong links with two teaching schools that provide our staff with excellent CPD opportunities.
After our recent successful Ofsted, the school has been identified as the music hub for the Spring Partnership Trust and we have exciting plans to build a specialist music building.
