Location: Cressey College, Coombe Cliffe site (CR0)

Role: Teacher (QTS) - Primary

Full Time 37.5 hours per week - Term Time only

Cressey College is a successful, independent SEMH school, for pupils aged 5 to 19.​ The College is spread out over a number of smaller units throughout Croydon, Wimbledon and surrounds. As part of our highly personalised and purposeful provision, pupils at Cressey participate in a wide range of academic, creative and sporting learning opportunities and activities, which supports them in developing a range of skills and maximising learning outcomes.

Minimum requirements:

• QTS Qualification
• Have proven teaching and learning experience
• Have up to date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience.

The ideal candidate should:

• Be an outstanding classroom practitioner
• Ideally have worked with Primary age students
• Ideally have worked with pupils with SEN/SEMH
• Have the energy, passion and drive to raise standards
• Have initiative, vision, excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Have experience of working with students with challenging behaviour
• Have experience/knowledge of delivery of subject specialism to GCSE level.
• Have knowledge and understanding of developments in education
