The Governors at Maltby Manor Academy are seeking an excellent classroom practitioner with a proven track record of raising attainment to become part of our team and move our academy to the next level of success.

Maltby Manor Academy is a rapidly improving school which is ambitious and highly aspirational for both its pupils and its staff. Judged as a ‘Good’ school by OFSTED in October 2017, we aim to build on our recent rapid progress and be recognised as a leading school in the local area – we would like you to be part of this process. The Academy is part of the ‘Maltby Learning Trust’, a successful and highly collaborative partnership of local schools committed to raising the educational ambitions of the community in which it sits. As part of the Trust we can offer a successful candidate a huge variety of opportunities for development and progression across all phases.

We are looking for a teacher who is:

To achieve of our vision and the future readiness of our students, we strive to offer a diverse and imaginative curriculum from FS1 to Y6. Our goal is to motivate and inspire children, actively involving them in making choices about their learning. The foundation subjects are explored through topic-based themes, fostering cross-curricular connections whenever feasible. Each year, knowledge is progressively built upon, and the curriculum incorporates opportunities for revisiting and reinforcing learning.

As a part of the Maltby Learning Trust, we maintain close collaboration with our partner schools to offer our students a diverse and exciting educational experience.
