We are looking for an experienced full time secondary Computing Teacher with drive, enthusiasm and resilience to join our successful and supportive teaching team working on the wards and in our schoolrooms. This post is initially for one year only but there is a possibility that it may be extended.

The role is varied and will include:

· delivering the computing curriculum up to GCSE level

· teaching computing to pupils of primary school age

· potentially teaching a second subject area, preferably in areas such as film, media studies or the humanities.

The use of technology is integral to our teaching and there is a real opportunity for the right candidate to support the school’s ongoing vision in the use of innovative technologies. At the Children's Hospital School at GOSH & UCH we aim to provide an enriching and enjoyable experience for all our pupils, which ensures normality through education and helps to prevent anxiety about school.
