Job overview

We are looking for a part-time (around 50% FTE/16 hours per week) Teacher of Geography to join our Senior School Voorschoten, just outside of The Hague, from the start of the school year 2017-2018.  Candidates must have qualified teacher status and at least 2 years’ of teaching experience.  It is essential that candidates are fluent in the English language and have experience of the British Curriculum.

You will join a large and thriving department, which has a long record of high academic achievement in external examinations and takes great pride in its preparation for student university entrance. The uptake from KS3 has been excellent at GCSE and through to A-level and IB.  The Geography Department runs fascinating international field trips to Switzerland and Dorset, as well as conducting several local field trips in The Netherlands.
