Tuggerah Lakes Secondary College, Tumbi Umbi Campus has an enrolment of 1174 students, with 152 students
identifying as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. It is a dynamic and inclusive middle years campus of and works constructively with nine partner schools delivering quality education to its local community from Preschool to Year 12 and beyond.

Specific Selection Criteria
Approval to teach History (7-10) and Modern History. Approval and/ or willingness to teach Extension History. Skills in multimedia and Information Communication Technology.
Proven highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with the capacity to work as part of a team to develop quality teaching programs, and a willingness to contribute to whole school programs.
Demonstrated high level ability to program, deliver, assess, report and evaluate student learning to engage a diverse range of learners with innovative and differentiated lessons.
Demonstrated capacity to improve the learning outcomes of Aboriginal students and work with stakeholders to engage the community, in line with the Aboriginal Education Policy.
