We are seeking a passionate, highly motivated and ambitious Teacher in Charge of Sociology to join our thriving Social Sciences team. Sociology is a popular A level subject in our large sixth form. 2018 results were 100% A*-E and 44% A*-C grades giving a strong base to start from with lots of scope for improvement.

This role can be an A Level only post for part-time candidates (0.5fte) or full-time for candidates able to offer a second subject at KS3/KS4

Bacon’s College was established in the Surrey Docks peninsula, South East London in 1991 as a City Technology College and joined the United Learning Trust in 2018. Bacon’s has long been an important part of the fabric of the local community in South East London.
