We are looking for a Teacher – Health and Social Care with an understanding of T-levels (D) with a starting date of 21nd August 2023

Here’s the standard bit: You’ll be responsible for planning, delivering and developing teaching/learning programmes using a flexible range of strategies and learning styles; taking responsibility for your quality of teaching and related curriculum development that meet learner needs, whilst assessing learners progress in College or on work experience and devise assessment processes against highly personalised progress targets.

What you’ll need: - Enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated with Literacy and Numeracy to at least a Level 2, you must have a Level 3 qualification or relevant NVQ (or equivalent).

Level 4 Teaching Qualification: Certificate in Education/ PGCE/Bachelor of Education or required to achieve Level 5 Diploma (DTLLS) or equivalent within 3 years of appointment, relevant assessment qualifications – IQA/A1/V1 and evidence of current Continuous Professional Development.

Tameside College is a coeducational further education establishment. It is situated in the town of Ashton-under-Lyne, in Lancashire. It gives students a range of qualifications to choose from. This includes BTEC, Apprenticeships and degrees. The college also manages and owns Clarendon Sixth Form College, Camp Street, Ashton under Lyne, Lancashire OL6 6DF.
