The Complete Works Independent school (TCW) is an innovative education provision that offers a unique and alternative way of delivering education. Our child centred approach to learning allows students to feel empowered and appreciated. 

The majority of our students have an individual teacher assigned to deliver their education pathway often in the home, libraries or other public spaces, however we also have TCW education venues where students can come and learn together. Sometimes the circumstances can be challenging but often the results are very rewarding.

We are looking for motivated, dedicated and passionate teachers who want to make a difference to a young person's life. We employ caring individuals who understand the necessity of education while prioritising the learning needs of each student on an individual basis. The quality of the provision we offer is dependent on the strength and commitment of the teachers we employ. QTS is recognised although not essential as we offer a thorough training scheme for all new staff. Experience of working with children is essential but we also value enthusiasm, strength of character and a desire to improve the life chances of every student that comes to our school.

We are very interested in hearing from people who come from a teaching background and are looking to work in a new and child focussed way, or applicants who are looking to enter into the teaching profession and would like to gain experience with a long standing and respected alternative provision. We would be looking for applicants that could deliver English, Maths or Science to a variety of age groups, as part of your skill set. 

Although we favour degree level or equivalent qualifications, if you do not have these, please add an additional statement with your application explaining in more detail about the skills and qualities you have, that you feel would benefit our students.

We can offer salaried teacher positions to applicants who meet our salaried staff criteria. We also have casual contracts available for both bank workers and self employed applicants. All successful applicants will be invited to the first interview. If you meet the criteria, then you will be offered a second interview for a salaried position.
