Hours:             40 hours per week; Monday - Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm

Contract:       Permanent; term-time only

Are you a Teacher committed to improving the lives of children and young people?

We are looking for an experienced Teacher to join our fantastic team at Waterloo Lodge School. As an SEN Teacher, you will deliver lessons to pupils according to their educational needs, in a way that maximises children’s achievement and ability to develop.

This is a great opportunity for a Teacher who wants to develop creative learning opportunities for children with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure, working with pupils who require extra support with learning, in a school where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible.

You will be educated up to a Degree level with QTS/QTLS (or working towards). ECT welcome to apply.

  • Qualified to degree level with QTS/QTLS

Desirable

  • Secondary or Primary teacher with over two years teaching experience
  • Experience of working with young people from challenging backgrounds
  • Evidence of continually improving the outcomes of pupils
