City and Islington College is a highly successful College with an ambitious growth plan and outstanding financial health.  The College operates from five specialist Centres across the London Borough of Islington.

We are looking for an outstanding teacher with high expectations of students to teach A-Level Biology at City and Islington Sixth Form College. You will be working alongside experienced biology specialist teachers and technicians to deliver the A-Level Biology Eduqas course.

The subject is a popular choice for students at the Sixth Form with 230 A-Level Biology students currently on roll. If you are enthusiastic, Innovative, care about students and want to work in a college is well established and over- subscribed. We are situated on one site at the Angel in the heart of London and our wonderful students travel from across the city to learn with us. All teachers are tutors to a pastoral group of up to 22 A- Level students and we have a wide range of enrichment and extension activities to develop our students' confidence and skills.City and Islington College is fully committed to staff professional development.
