Lord Wandsworth College seeks to appoint an outstanding Teacher of Economics and Business Studies for September 2021.
Applications are invited from experienced and enthusiastic candidates, to teach Economics and Business studies, throughout the College and to join a small but thriving department. It is envisaged the successful candidate will evidence in their application a genuine enthusiasm for Economics and Business studies and possess an excellent Degree, in a relevant subject. Experience in teaching A-level is essential. CPD is available in the additional subject, depending on the successful candidate’s strengths.
The College is co-educational with boarding and day school options, for pupils ages 11-18, set within 1,200 acres of its own farmland on the North Hampshire/Surrey border. A pioneering character education programme overarches the excellent academic, co-curricular and pastoral provision, through which countless opportunities are created for all pupils to develop the qualities and attitudes of mind needed to lead successful and fulfilled lives now and in the future.
The successful applicant will be expected to engage fully with the co-curricular and pastoral life of the boarding school, both strengths of the College.
