We are presently seeking an exceptional teacher for BTEC Performing Arts. You will make a significant contribution to our highly successful Expressive Arts programme area.
Our Expressive Arts department has modern facilities as part of the extensive building and redevelopment programme. The purpose built accommodation includes a 120 seat theatre, dedicated studio spaces for drama and dance, fully equipped photography and television studios, music practice rooms and an editing suite. This provides an excellent learning environment for our students and also enables us to run a successful calendar of productions and performances.
You should be suitably qualified to teach within a sixth form college. In addition, you should have excellent communication skills and a track record of sustained improvement leading to a positive impact on students’ progress. As an inspirational teacher you will be committed to student-centred learning, and to raising the attainment and aspirations of our students.
