Art and Photography at Cox Green School is a thriving and expanding department. It offers a wide variety of extra-curricular trips, revision workshops and focussed activities, to inspire our students. The focus of the department is to ensure every child leaves the school with a passion for the subject as well as achieving an excellent qualification.

We are oversubscribed year on year, testimony to the quality of teaching and learning we provide. This vacancy arises due to the schools’ expansion plan, where we need additional staff to join our superb team.

We place great emphasis on staff professional development and we offer outstanding training and support. Cox Green School also takes a leading role in the Teach Maidenhead programme, the region's teacher training provider.
We feel extremely proud to have been awarded funding of £4.7 million for a new building project from our Borough. Work started in July 2017 on new Science Laboratories, Maths classrooms and a cafeteria. This is due to be completed in September 2018.
