We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated professional who has a real love for their subject and the capacity to use creative approaches in their teaching. We are looking for someone who can adapt their skills through a range of disciplines throughout all Key Stages including Art, Textiles and Photography.

Our academic success speaks for itself; Tolworth students achieve high academic standards and make very good progress with above average results. Our 3 year average is 70% gaining 5 or more A* - C grades including English and Maths and 85% gaining 5 A – C grades.

Success at GCSE and A Level across the Art disciplines (Art, Textiles & Photography) at Tolworth is second to none. Year on year, GCSE students attain 100% A*-C grade with most students attaining A & A* grades, and this success continues through to excellent A’ Level achievement. This highly creative department has a renowned reputation within the borough schools and local community for the Creative Arts.

Our students thrive in a culture of achievement and success; we have high expectations, encouraging our students to be aspirational with their learning and to enjoy all aspects of school life. There is a wide range of extra-curricular activities and opportunities for students to extend their learning. Our staff are dynamic, dedicated and committed to ensuring all of our student's achieve success; we attract and retain well qualified and enthusiastic teachers.
