Job overview

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Teacher of Art (Art Direction), with potential leadership responsibilities, for September 2020.  We want you to inspire students to understand and love your subject, achieve outstanding results and become equipped to join the screen industries or progress to higher education when they leave us. The post-holder will have clear ideas about how art direction, including props and set design, can be taught in an interesting and practical way in order to enhance the knowledge and skills of a future generation of film and TV professionals.

LSA is a new sixth form academy for London students which opened in September 2019. We will teach the skills and background knowledge needed to join the screen industries (which include film and television), to progress to higher education or to enter other professions.
