Judged ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, Yardleys is a heavily oversubscribed 11-16 multi-ethnic stand-alone academy with 900 students on roll. The Art department is creative, well-resourced and a popular choice for students at Key Stage 4.  Students and staff are ambitious in what they can achieve. We are currently delivering AQA GCSE Art, Craft and Design. We wish to appoint an ambitious and creative Teacher of Art who is enthusiastic about developing the curriculum to further progress student skills, particularly in drawing. Knowledge of the specification would be beneficial alongside being an excellent classroom practitioner.

NQTs are very welcome to apply and will be offered the option of starting in July.
