Lord Wandsworth College seeks a Teacher of Art to teach art across the school, up to and including A Level. This post is to cover maternity leave, starting January or February 2018 for up to one year. Applications are invited from candidates with proven experience and those committed to outstanding teaching and education. NQTs are also welcome to apply.
The outstanding art department is well-resourced and consists of four main studios, two where general mixed media processes are taught, a specialist ceramic studio and a dedicated sixth form studio with printing press. Additional areas include a critical studies resource studio which includes computer and digital resources. The art department is lively, friendly and high achieving within the curriculum and beyond.
The salary awarded will depend upon qualifications and experience.
