St Joseph’s Institution International School Malaysia (SJIIM) is a Lasallian International School (3 to 18 years). The school opened in September 2016 and currently has a roll of 780 boys and girls.  It prepares students for the IGCSE and IB Diploma examinations with an emphasis upon research-based teaching pedagogy and a character-building programme of activities inspired by the school's Lasallian heritage, including service, sport, music, adventure and drama. The successful candidate will have a fantastic opportunity to join the staff of this ambitious international school in its sixth year.


SJIIM is seeking an outstanding and inspirational specialist Teacher of Art for this maternity cover position starting in late August 2021. The Art department has spacious and well resourced facilities. The successful candidate would have the opportunity to contribute to both the holistic and academic development of our students. Having experience and skill in teaching Art at IGCSE and IB will be an advantage.

We are looking for a committed, passionate and knowledgeable professional who will work tirelessly to ensure the best possible teaching of Art.

• Ensure that planning, preparation, recording, assessment and reports meet the expectations of the school

About St. Joseph's Institution International School Malaysia

St. Joseph's Institution (SJII) is a co-educational, Roman Catholic denominational all-through in Selangor, Malaysia. The International Baccalaureate is taught across educational stages. The region of Selangor, also known as the ‘Abode of Sincerity’, is a highly industrialised state based within an accessible distance from the capital Kuala Lumpur.
