Job overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, innovative teacher of Art. You will be working in a vibrant, enthusiastic and excellent Art team, within our ADTV Faculty (Art, Design, Technology and Vocational), who are determined to develop and further improve the teaching of Art for all abilities and all year groups from Years 7 to A Level.
This position would suit a teacher with aspirations towards leadership. A particular interest in developing teaching and learning in the department and a willingness to be an active contributor to our extensive co-curricular provision would also be key elements.

Campion School in Bugbrooke, Near Northampton, is a co-educational secondary school. It became a Language College in September 1997 and an academy in 2011.
The school adopts the latest teaching pedagogy and staff engage in an internal teaching and learning development programme called “XL” (Leading to Excellent Teaching). A continual evaluation cycle measures the effectiveness of Campion School’s work and identifies the next steps to be taken to ensure continuous improvement in all areas of teaching and learning.
