As a teacher of Art at Denefield, you will join an experienced group of qualified teachers who work as a team with a friendly, sharing culture.  With opportunities to teach across all key stages, and career progression opportunities within and outside of the department, you will benefit from a programme of professional development aimed at helping you to develop your practice and your career. This opportunity will equally suit an experienced teacher of Art or a newly qualified teacher looking for a supportive environment to begin their teaching career. The ability to teach Design and Technology would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Staff wellbeing is a key priority at Denefield and we strive to foster a better work/life balance for our staff through a number of initiatives, including a cycle to work scheme and annual flu vaccinations. In addition, each training day ends with a wellbeing activity.  We know that happy teachers make for happy classrooms.
