Teacher of Biology / Chemistry
Required for September 2017
Full time MPS.
Do you want to teach bright, motivated and impeccably-behaved students in a dynamic and supportive environment? We are looking for an excellent classroom teacher with the ability to inspire. The full-time post would suit an NQT or experienced teacher.
The sciences are taught as separate subjects at each Key Stage, so we are flexible with which science specialism is required. Being able to offer multiple areas of GCSE Science or BTEC Applied Science at Level 3 would be an advantage.
Our Sixth Form is the largest in the area; KS5 teaching will account for a significant proportion of your timetable.
All of our students gain superb results in GCSE Science. We also add significant value at A-Level; achieving 100% A*B in Physics, 67% in Biology and 70% in Chemistry in 2016.
Further details, applications forms or appointments to visit the school are obtainable from the Headteacher’s PA at the contact details above or on our School website: www.bostonhighschool.co.uk
Applications should be returned to Mrs Swain at the school address above.
Closing date: Monday 24th April 2017 4.00pm
Interviews: Wednesday 3rd May 2017
This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, consequently an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) will be required.
