Taunton School was founded in 1847. It is an independent day and boarding school with approximately 1,150 pupils, aged from 0 - 18 years, with circa 400 boarders. We aim to challenge, nurture and inspire young people to succeed in a global community.
The School are seeking to appoint a Biology teacher. The Biology Department is well equipped with a suite of teaching laboratories, all staff teach across the 13-18 range and there is a specialist technician for each science.
We would be pleased to hear from highly motivated and enthusiastic applicants who are keen to embrace new technologies and integrate ICT in their teaching and a passion for sharing this with both the students and the department. NQT’s will be considered.

Founded in 1847, we are an innovative, forward thinking co-educational, non-selective independent school set in a beautiful 56 acre campus in Somerset.
