Salary Sixth Form Colleges’ Salary Scale: £24,098 – £39,329 (pro rata for part time) dependent on experience.

Fixed Term till the end of August 2021 in the first instance 

To commence at the start of the academic year in August 2020.

Based cross site at our Cheadle and Marple campus’s 

The hours of work are Monday 13:35-16:00 (Marple)

Thursday 9:00-11:30 (Cheadle)

Friday 9:00-11:30 (Marple) 

We require an outstanding Teacher of ALevel Biology, Y12 & Y13,  to join a dynamic Science faculty across our sites. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful department in the Sixth Form sector, previous experience of A Level is desirable, but not essential. The candidate will need to demonstrate an ability to engage students linking the specification to a vocational context, with a commitment to achieving outstanding results.

NQT’s will be fully supported in their induction year.

Successful applicants will be enthusiastic team players, keen to contribute to the development of the department.
