We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and creative member of staff to teach Science across all three Key Stages. An ability to teach Biology at KS5 is essential. Full-time or Part-time hours or work considered.

Science is a popular and successful subject with a large proportion of students opting to study the three separate sciences at GCSE level. Teachers tend to teach their specialism from KS4 upwards to improve continuity and progression to A-level.
All science teaching takes place in one of the 15 dedicated science laboratories, with teachers usually operating from their own laboratory. This is supported by 4 highly skilled and experienced technicians and a dedicated Science HLTA. The science faculty teaching staff is made up of 14 supportive, experienced teachers.
