Teacher of Business

Temporary until 31 August 2023 in the first instance

To start in January or Easter 2023, we are looking to recruit an outstanding teacher who can inspire our pupils to learn with enthusiasm and to enjoy the experiences a school can bring to a child.

Candidates from ECT 2 upwards are welcome to apply to this post - support will be second to none for the best candidate. This post is primarily to teach Business and the successful candidate will also be required to teach Health and Social Care.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be educated to degree level with QTS in their subject;
• Be effective classroom practitioner who will inspire and motivate our students
• Be able to plan for success and evaluate progress and outcomes
• Be able to coach and enthuse students effectively, encouraging, motivating and inspiring children through the support they give in order to encourage their learning;
• Be committed to our ethos that all pupils can achieve at Whitcliffe Mount:
• Have great references demonstrating they are a suitable candidate, safe to work with children.
