TEACHER OF BUSINESS STUDIES (NQTs invited to apply)

Required for September 2019, well-qualified and committed teacher to join our Business Studies department. An early start for an NQT in July 2019 would be considered.

In 2018, our A Level results place us in the top 25% of schools nationally with 45% of grades at A*B and two students securing a place at Cambridge University. We also continue to deliver strong outcomes in vocational courses.
The Business Studies Department consists of four members of staff who teach Business Studies and Economics.

We are looking to appoint a teacher of Business Studies to work within a strong and innovative Business Studies Department. The department has outstanding results in both BTEC and A Level. All staff teach Business Studies at KS4 and KS5 in mixed ability groupings. The department has a strong commitment to extra-curricular activities and enterprise events. Experience in teaching and delivering BTEC Business would be desirable. The department has a suite of classrooms, which are well equipped with extensive computing facilities and resources.
We are keen to appoint dedicated staff who are eager to support our students to achieve in all aspects of their school life and who want to be key contributors to our school’s success. We welcome applications from teachers at any stage of their careers, including NQTs.
