Our Business Studies department is committed to developing students who are enthusiastic, excited and engaged.  The Department work together to ensure that they provide a rich curriculum, which challenges students to develop their knowledge and skills.

• Are driven to engage and work with enthusiastic and committed students

• Currently are or have the potential to be an outstanding practitioner in teaching Business

• Have excellent subject knowledge that extends across all key stages

Key information

• Will be part of a team of 4 delivering and assessing Level 2 & 3 BTEC courses across Key Stage 4 and 5 (see below)

• Previous experience in delivering and assessing BTEC courses preferable

• Prepared to deliver both coursework and examination units

• Working understanding of the Standards Verification process for internal assessments

BTEC Courses:

• Level 2 Tech Award in Enterprise (KS4)

• Level 2 Technical in Enterprise (Y12)

• Level 3 National Extended Certificate/Diploma/Extended Diploma in Business
