We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and motivated Teacher of Business Studies to join our Business, Computer Science and ICT department. The role would be suitable for both an experienced member of staff or NQTs.
Business Studies is taught at KS4 and KS5 at Kettering Science Academy and is a popular subject with students. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about teaching Business Studies and who can continue to provide an engaging and inspiring experience for students studying the subject, encouraging them to explore the subject beyond the classroom and to reach their potential.
The successful candidate will have:
• An excellent subject knowledge and have proven themselves an ‘outstanding’ classroom practitioner
• A strong track record of improving outcomes for students and raising standards
• The ability to motivate and lead others
• A demonstrable ability to lead and develop innovative ideas that will drive progress in the department and ensure engagement of students
