Itchen Sixth Form College requires an enthusiastic teacher with a real passion for their subject to join our well-established Faculty for Business on a full time, permanent basis from September 2018. We welcome applications from newly qualified or experienced teachers who have the desire and ability to inspire all students to reach their full potential.
The successful candidate must be able to show a clear commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning for students. Either experience in a secondary school or a college environment is suitable. The appointed candidate will be required to teach A Level Business and CTEC Business levels 2 and 3, with the possibility of teaching AS/A2 Accounting, AS/A2 Economics and NVQ Administration.

Itchen College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational further education college in Hampshire, serving students from the age of 16-19. The college, situated in Southampton has approximately 1,558 learners on record.
Itchen College was founded in 1906 as a co-educational secondary school and later Itchen Grammar School. It welcomes learners from across the world, with 10% making up international students. Facilities on the campus include a sports centre, performing arts block – features Apple Mac suites, recording studios and soundproof music rooms, and a Student Centre for students to relax in during their study breaks.
