Job overview

We require an excellent Business Studies practitioner to join us on our exciting journey driving forward standards and achievement for our young people. The successful applicant will be highly motivated and committed to enabling students to achieve to their full potential.  In return, the successful applicant will be joining a friendly highly supportive team with an unwavering commitment to improving standards and progress. As a forward thinking department, committed to continued professional development we work collaboratively to embed educational research and best practice. The successful candidate will also teach ICT as a second subject.  Applications will be considered for candidates looking for either a full or part-time role, please indicate preference in letter of application.

Middlewich High School is a co-educational, non-denominational secondary school in Middlewich, Cheshire. At its most recent inspection, there were 701 pupils aged 11-16 on the school roll.

The town of Middlewich is known for its three canals and has good motorway links to nearby Manchester and Liverpool. Middlewich High School was opened in 1906 and has remained on the same site ever since.

Middlewich High School converted to an academy school in December 2021 and joined the Sir John Brunner Foundation.
