Doha College is a high profile leading British international school, for children aged 3-18, with a focus on developing a growth mindset within our students and staff. We offer a well-balanced, all-embracing curriculum that follows the UK National Curriculum.
We are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Teacher of Chemistry to start in September 2018. The Science Department at Doha College consists of 15 full-time teachers supported by 3 full-time science technicians. Lessons are taught in 13 purpose-built laboratories. The College follows a balanced science programme at Key Stage 3, in line with the English National Curriculum. At Key Stage 4 students take Edexcel IGCSE Separate Sciences. At A Level, students follow Edexcel Physics and Chemistry courses and CIE Biology. At all stages the College achieves excellent academic success. Experience of teaching Chemistry A Level will be seen as an advantage.
A high standard of written and spoken English is an essential requirement for all our positions.
