The Chemistry Department at Cheltenham Ladies’ College is thriving. With over 130 girls choosing to study the subject in the Sixth Form at A Level or as part of the IB Diploma Programme, we can be regarded as one of the largest and most successful Chemistry Departments in the UK.

A well-qualified, inspiring and dynamic graduate is required to join our team of dedicated professionals as Teacher of Chemistry. 

The successful applicant will be part of a team of 11 specialist teachers. The department is extremely well-resourced and full support with induction and continuing professional development is provided. 

All teachers are expected to contribute to the rich co-curricular life of the College, but there are no residential duties.

College first opened its doors in February 1854 with the purpose of providing girls with a thorough academic education.
