ISA Wenhua Guangzhou Foreign Language IB Programme

Launched in August 2020 and in partnership with Guangzhou Foreign Language School, the ISA Wenhua Guangzhou Foreign Language IB programme provides a high school pre-IB and IB Diploma programme to exceptional local Chinese students, so they access the most selective universities and colleges across the globe. Our first graduating class will be in 2023, and we are looking for teachers who are committed to creating a unique and remarkable learning experience.

About you 

• You must be an experienced teacher with a university degree and a recognised teaching qualification (QTS or other Teaching License) with recent teaching experience over the last 2 years, preferably in delivering International Baccalaureate Diploma or A level courses. 
• Able to adapt quickly to our mixed intercultural environment, you will show imagination and persistence to help create the best possible learning story for your subject
• Will be reflective on your teaching performance, selecting best practice from research and implementing new ideas and innovative techniques to support students to reach their academic potential
• Will be collegiate and share your expertise to benefit those within the school and ISAIEG, representing the school as an ambassador
• Can communicate with clarity and confidence to diverse stakeholders establishing professional and productive relationships especially with students and parents.
• You can meet the visa-related requirements for China which currently includes being fully vaccinated for Covid-19 with a Chinese or WHO approved vaccination.

Candidates are requested to provide three referees for pre-employment reference check from current and previous employers.  The referees must be the Head of School/Principal or the direct supervisor from the school management team.
