Teacher of Chemistry (Maternity Cover)

This maternity cover from January 2020, offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher of Chemistry to join our successful faculty. Flexibility within the timetable allows the position to be offered on either a full-time basis or part-time basis. 

The Science department comprises an innovative and successful specialist team. The Sciences are hugely popular at A Level, with 20 A Level teaching groups across the Sixth Form. Over half the cohort study Triple Science at GCSE. Having recently secured funding, the school is soon to start building a brand new Science block, ensuring outstanding facilities for staff and students. The successful candidate must be able to teach Chemistry to Key Stage 4.  A Level teaching will be available to suitably qualified or experienced candidates.  

Applications are equally welcome from experienced and newly qualified teachers. Candidates are welcome to visit the school informally prior to application.
