Values and vision
Radley College has several strategic priorities. Firstly, it seeks to foster a sense of intellectual curiosity amongst its students. The school intends to develop this through its curriculum, exchanges, trips, academic partnerships, online learning, language teaching, societies, and invited speakers.
The school’s highest priority remains its provision of effective pastoral care. It aims to, underpinned by its Christian ethos, strive to develop values, confidence, and resilience in students which will strengthen and prepare them for future challenges they face. In addition, the school aims to accomplish the goal of preparing students for later life through its provision of careers advice, university preparation, curriculum innovation, and effective links with its former pupils. At the school there is also a keenness to embrace technology when it comes to teaching.
