Teacher of Computer Science - Maternity Cover

We are a highly supportive school with strong subject and senior leadership to help you develop. We are looking for a highly ambitious, committed and dynamic professional to join our IT department who is passionate about their subject, communicates well with young people and makes a positive impact on their learning. The IT department currently comprises of 2 full-time teachers. The job would suit an ECT or a more experienced teacher.

The successful candidate will have a passion about learning, have strong inter-personal skills, be resilient, be an excellent teacher and have great subject knowledge including experience of GCSE specifications. The successful candidate will be expected to help run after school activities which is likely to focus on supporting students in small group interventions or may include running a club as part of our Extended Schools Provision.
