About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher who can deliver high-quality lessons, fostering a love for Computer Science and ICT. The successful candidate will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons at KS3 and KS4.
- Inspire students through creative teaching and innovative resources.
- Support students in developing problem-solving, computational thinking, and programming skills.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities such as coding clubs and technology competitions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a relevant degree in Computing, ICT, or a related subject.
- Holds QTS (or is working towards it).
- Is a dedicated classroom practitioner with a passion for Computer Science.
- Can adapt teaching methods to engage and challenge students at all levels.
- Works well in a team and is committed to student success.

Kingsway Park High School was established in 2010 and joined the Altus Education Partnership in February 2022. We are now a very popular oversubscribed school in central Rochdale with 1350 students in Years 7-11 and 190 staff.
