Teacher of Computer Science
From January 2019, RWBA need an outstanding, competent, enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated teacher of Computing, to join a hugely popular, vibrant and innovative Department with outstanding results to take on the role of Teacher of Computer Science.
The ideal candidate will have superb subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Computer Science and working with students at all levels. Having taught Computer Science is preferred, but not essential. The successful candidate would be part of a successful and growing department and will have opportunities to teach students from Year 7 to Year 12. We have state of the art computer suites, including touchscreen Dell 360 Vostros, Raspberry Pi’s and Lego Mindstorms. We deliver a core Computing programme, with over 100 students choosing to take the subject at GCSE and a well-established A-level in both Computing and Electronics
