We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and creative teacher who can inspire our fantastic students. Are you the sort of teacher who makes Computer Science come alive and engages all students in a love of the subject? If so, we want to hear from you. If you believe any student can achieve whatever they set their mind to and want to help them on that journey, Farringdon could be the school for you and we look forward to hearing from you.

Applicants should be innovative teachers of Computer Science across all age and ability ranges. Applicants should have experience of collaborative planning and differentiating learning to suit all students’ needs. This post is open to all teachers and would also be suitable for newly qualified teachers.

The successful candidate will demonstrate, through application letter and interview that they are able to:

  • Secure progress for all Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
  • Love their subject with a contagious passion.
  • Create and maintain a positive and safe learning environment
  • Inspire and engage students regardless of their starting points or backgrounds.
  • Support the overall progress and development of students as a form tutor.
  • Be a suitable role model for students and demonstrate high standards of professionalism.
