We recognise the vital importance of our staff in achieving this aim and we are seeking a suitably qualified and dedicated professional who can teach Level 3 Criminology. The department offers Level 3 Criminology Diploma, A Level & Applied Psychology, A Level & GCSE Sociology and A Level Politics.
The department has ties with Industry professionals, with visits by police officers, prison workers, pathologists, forensic examiners and crime reduction officers, as well as victim support groups and council partnership managers.
The ability to also teach Law, Sociology and Politics will be of great advantage.
We also welcome applications from Non-Qualified Teachers and candidates looking to begin their career in teaching, and full training will be provided.
This is a fixed-term post for 2 years, ceasing 31/08/2023.
