We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, innovative and enthusiastic full-time teacher of Dance. This post covers a maternity leave until May 2019; however, we also will have a permanent vacancy for a part-time member of staff when the maternity contract is completed. The successful candidate will have a passion for the performing arts, demonstrate excellent skills in the classroom and have high expectations with regards to raising standards and student attainment. As a Performing Arts school, Drama and Dance play a key role in the broad and balanced curriculum that we believe enables students to develop their creativity, confidence and self-esteem. The post is open to newly qualified or experienced teachers. The successful candidate will be required to teach Dance at KS3 and 4.
