Our teachers are passionate, creative-thinkers and are motivated to provide rich and meaningful learning experiences for the students. The successful candidate will join at an exciting time in the development of Design at our school, having recently invested in equipping a new makerspace to support the offering of the subject at all year levels.

We are looking for a new member of the team who has experience of teaching within a practical environment and will be able to provide appropriate skills and expertise to support students in creating innovative outcomes within graphic and product design.

Design is a popular subject and plays a prominent role in the school, visibly celebrated through exhibitions, co-curricular activities, set designs, and as a vehicle for an interdisciplinary curriculum approach. As a Nord Anglia school our partnership with Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) is highly valuable in preparing our students to be successful in this century.

The introduction of a new design course in Years 10 and 11 is intended to provide a foundation of skills for us to be able to offer Design at International Baccalaureate Diploma level in the coming years, of which the successful candidate will be involved in establishing.
